This season, the Pirates have seen the single largest year over year percentage increase of season ticket holders in Major League Baseball. We are working extremely hard to ensure that all of our season ticket holders get access to Postseason play at PNC Park.

With this high demand, coupled with the limited number of Postseason strips available, we are only able to guarantee full and half season ticket holders a strip location. However, as a 20-game plan holder, you have the first opportunity to upgrade from your current package to a 2015 full or half season plan in order to get guaranteed access to 2014 Postseason strips. 20-game plan holders wishing to upgrade must do so by Friday, August 29 at 5PM to be guaranteed access to purchase Postseason strips.

All of our 20-game plan holders will receive multiple opportunities to purchase a maximum of two (2) Postseason strips. The first will be a Postseason strip presale that will only be open to existing 20-game plan holders and availability will be based on tenure and spending tier. This online sale opportunity will start on Monday, September 8.

You will receive an email specifying the time that you can login to purchase your two (2) Postseason strips. That time will be determined by both tenure and spending tier. In order to give yourself the best opportunity to secure ticket strips, it is important that you plan to login at the beginning of your allotted time.

Due to the high growth of 20-game plans this season and in an effort to accommodate as many of these season ticket holders as possible, you are eligible to have the opportunity to purchase a maximum of two (2) Postseason strips per account, regardless of how many seats are in that account.

A 2014 Pirates Postseason strip includes tickets to all 12 of the potential Pirates home games that could be played during the 2014 Postseason. These games include:

• Tiebreaker (1 game)
• Wild Card (1 game)
• National League Division Series (3 games)
• National League Championship Series (4 games)
• World Series (3 games)

At the time of purchase you will be required to pay in full for your 2014 Postseason strips.

However, for those who upgrade to a 2015 full or half season ticket plan, you have two payment options for your 2014 Postseason strip purchase:

ONE: You can pay in full for your 2014 Postseason ticket strips.

TWO: After you have upgraded and made the initial payment for your 2015 ticket plans, you can take advantage of a two-part payment plan by paying for 55% of the full price of your 2014 Postseason ticket strip at the time of purchase. If the Pirates are still playing Postseason baseball on Saturday, October 11th, your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the remaining balance of your strip.

If your account also includes any full or half season ticket plans, be advised that you should have received a separate email notice with a second link to view the information pertaining to Postseason access for Full and Half Season Ticket Holders.

While we will make every effort to offer you a comparable seat location, we will not be able to guarantee your same seat location for the Postseason as you had for the regular season. You will have a strip location assigned if you purchase ticket strips via the online presale.

Due to the significant demand, at this time no Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional strips, regardless of tenure or spending tier.

Based on availability, Pirates season ticket holders will have an opportunity to purchase individual Postseason game tickets by round before the general public on-sale which will be in late September 2014.

Postseason tickets will be sent to the address on your account in late September, prior to the first Postseason game. More details will follow as we approach the Postseason. If your address changes after September 5th, please alert your Account Representative.

We are working on providing a solution for 2014 20 game plan accounts to purchase Postseason parking strips online. If we can provide this opportunity we will communicate the details to you when we have them. This parking would be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Unused money from any games in your strip that were not played during the 2014 Postseason will be applied to your 2015 season ticket account. If you wish to receive a refund for any unplayed games in your strip you must submit a request in writing to:

Refund requests must be received by December 1, 2014. Once the 2014 Postseason concludes we will start processing refund requests, however, due to the sheer volume of accounts, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If you do not request a refund by the December 1, 2014 deadline credits from any games that were not played will be automatically applied to your 2015 season ticket account.

Yes, you will be charged for one Tiebreaker game and the ticket will be included in your Postseason ticket mailing. If the Pirates host more than one Tiebreaker game at PNC Park there will be a public, individual ticket on-sale. If there are no Tiebreaker games played at PNC Park you can request a refund by December 1, 2014 or those funds will be posted towards your 2015 Regular Season Plan.

When the 2015 season ticket campaign begins, we will initially be offering only full and half season ticket plans, as a 20-game plan holder your 2014 seat. Please be aware that in order to accommodate the increased demand by our fans that want to purchase full and half season ticket plans, your 2014 location will not roll over to 2015. Our partial plan menu, which will include 20 game plans, will be released at a later date. The best way to secure your 2015 ticket plan in the best seat locations is to upgrade to a full or half season ticket plan.
